Easy Returns, Exchange Policy 

 

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from Luxerra. Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund & exchange within the policy time frame and we will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days after receiving the product back with us. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

Easy return and exchange policy timeline is of 15 days from date of delivery.

Gold Jewellery - 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

Diamond Jewellery - 100% refund/exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

Gold Coins - 99% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold wt.)
15 days refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, silver rakhi, Silver Diamond Bracelets/Rakhi and for products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving & personalised.

This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like diamond certificate & original invoice.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount charges after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

To initiate return, send us an email to info.luxerra@gmail.com, we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.

 

Buy Back Policy

In case you wish to return the product to us (After 15 Days for make to order) purchased from www.luxerra.co, we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the policy detail below.

Note: No GST, making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid.

Diamond Jewellery - 90% of the invoice value.

Gold Jewellery - 97% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold wt).

For Gold Coins - 99% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold wt)

For ICC Gold Coins - 100% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). Original packaging, certificate along with the coins required to get full refund.

In all cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion of  Luxerra. Please also note that we will deduct value of any offer availed (including any discount or free gift) at time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case.

 

Please note - Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer if your product fall outside of our 15 Days 


Cancellation Policy 
 

In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account.

We don’t accept cancellation for customised jewellery products.

Gold Coin, Silver articles, Silver Rakhi, Silver Diamod Rakhi & ICC Gold coins order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.

 

Gold Jewellery cancellation is not allowed for orders received, however customer can chose a different product of same/ higher value.

What is the procedure for availing this Policy?

Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. Call our Customer Care team to inform once the secured envelope is ready and we will arrange for a pick up. Please ensure that you do not give open packets to our representative who comes to collect the product. Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange. We are fully committed to ensure that you are 100% confident and satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we give you the flexibility of further exchanging the jewellery piece selected by you (and already exchanged once), within a period of 5 days from receiving the new jewellery piece by you. All subsequent request will taken under lifetime buyback policy.

Are there any charges for shipping the product?

 

We offer one time FREE return shipping (within India) within the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy. For all the subsequent returns/exchanges under this policy, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

What if the product gets damaged?

 

The product should be in new condition and damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.

 

What are the conditions for the Policy?

 

Items that have been reworked by third party jeweller, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing the Return/ Exchange under the Easy Returns and Exchange policy. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.

 

The policy is applicable for orders delivered within India only.

We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.

 

Warranty service rendered is not chargeable however, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.

 

The shipping charges (to and fro) shall be borne by the Customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to the premises. Luxerra can help customer in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes.

 

The policy is deemed void if any other third party jeweller has worked on it.

Shipping Policy

Usually we deliver our products within 8-10 business days but maximum delivery time frame for your order would be 12 business days.

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 15-21 days

Each piece of jewellery we make is uniquely created for our customers. This means that for each order, the item goes through manufacturing, hallmarking and certification before it can be dispatched from our warehouse. This process of creating a unique piece of jewellery takes 15-21 days.

Our goods are securely packed and shipped via specialist jewellery courier services. Your items are insured during transit.
